INJECTION MOLDING

Within our 80,000 sq. ft., we process all of the common commodity thermoplastics, leading edge engineering resins, and new materials being developed for biodegradability and sustainability. We excel at everything from short run production (100 pcs, 250 pcs, 500 pcs, etc.) to continuous production of multiple millions of pieces annually. We also welcome over-molding programs, with the ability to over-mold thermoplastic elastomers in separate molds and two shot molding in one of our Krauss Maffei rotating platen machines. We implement robotics, allowing us to run automatic “lights-out” operations around the clock. We also run with operators that often perform value-added in-cycle secondary operations. We also have extremely experienced processing experts that can handle your prototype molding of exotic materials.
